Counting Down to Big Boyhood....

Tomorrow Dylan starts preschool and leaves the comfort of Carla and his usual clan. We have been practicing diligently with our backpack and lunchbag, enunciating his teacher's name (Miss Jan) and other important phrases like, "I need to go peepee" and "can we talk about bumping this book report up to an A-?". Sawyer has decided his participation and moral support is needed and has taken up wearing his own Thomas the Tank Engine backpack everywhere. Usually I open it and find it filled with Polly-o string cheese.

We are also overjoyed to announce Uncle Brendan's long awaited return to the States! He is currently enjoying California with Amy and we'll see him in a few weeks. Welcome home, Homis!

I am so proud of my first grandson - brings back many fond memories of BRIGID and St. Timothy's with Miss "Roof" - The first is always the hardest - Sawyer will be a piece of cake! Much Love, MeeMaw

Heard the report from pre-school. Dylan was in several fights, went three for four. Way to go Dee Lon! Get your Dad to teach you some of that Marine Corps stuff and you can clean up that other little pissant tomorow!

I think the blog should include a full breakdown of Dylan's lunch. That kid eats better than Donald Trump.

BTW, Sawyer says he RULED at Ms. Carla's today. Fed several babies, changed diapers and cooked lunch. He thinks being the big man on campus is an awful lot of work.
